Downtown Penthouse

Here is a nice penthouse apartment that I created.  It has balconies on two floors overlooking the city.  It also has two full baths, and two bedrooms.  The lower level is an open concept design and offers lots of room for your Sims to move around.  Enjoy!  I used some custom artwork to decorate it for my Sims, but you can use whatever paintings you like to make it your own.

This apartment was made with objects from The Sims 3 Base Game, World Adventures, Ambitions, and Late Night Expansion Packs.
